Just thought I would throw this out there, that “Leave Replacements” are now eligible to receive health benefits of their own…

Let’s seeee……….based on the pay rate, taxes and the amount of hours worked they’ll just earn enough to pay for it. Of course eating, rent, utilities and auto depreciation are not included!

Well looks like 7 of our brothers & sisters won’t be needing their health plan anymore in Ganetta California. Just what is it? Is it the over-abundance of veterans with combat experience? The clash between antiquated management styles from the Greco-Roman Era versus the modern response conditioned employee? Is it our “quality of work life”? Whatever anybody thinks or doesn’t think one item is for sure…..THERE IS A PROBLEM! When EXXON can make a gazillion dollars in profit while we fight for minutes and seconds over a mail count, everyone better be prepared for a world of shit!
