Congress has passed the Postal Reform Bills in the House and Senate.

Where Do We Go From Here
I would ask the question, where do we go from here? Many of us are critical of the direction the Rural Craft is headed. We have seen changes that bring us to wonder why all of this attention is being focused on the Rural Carrier when we are efficient, self managed, self motivated to finish our routes, using higher standards than the City craft. We process all mail where possible, and are often 2-3 days ahead of the City craft in throughput. Why then are we the focus?
